Registration
In order to participate in the activities of <%=strConference%>, at least one author of each paper must register for the conference. Registrants may register up to two papers per registration.
Author registration payment must be made by <%=fIntDat(intDateEarlyBird)%>; otherwise your paper will not be included in the proceedings.
Early Bird Registration & IEEE Member
Authors who make their payment by
IEEE members will receive a discount on the <%=strConference%> registration fee. Members are required to indicate their IEEE membership number on the registration form and to bring along their current IEEE membership card for verification at the conference.
Student Rate
Participants are eligible for student rate if he/she is a full-time undergraduate or postgraduate student. Students must fax in their 'student identification card' for verification and to bring along their card to the conference. Only one paper per-registration is allowed under this rate.
Registration Fees

Items Included in the Registration Fee
Conference registration fee includes a copy of the conference proceedings (CD-ROM); admission to all technical sessions, exhibition, six tea/coffee breaks, three lunches and one conference banquet. Student Registration will not be entitled to the conference banquet.
Refund Policy
Refund of Conference Registration fee on or before 20 March 2006 will be subjected to a 25% cancellation charge. No refund can be made after 20 March 2006. However, registration is transferable.
Online Registration
All registration must be made ONLINE. After you have keyed in the registration details, you will need to print the registration form. If you are paying by Visa or Mastercard, please fill in the credit card details and sign on the registration form. Thereafter, please fax the form to the Secretariat at +65-6793-0997.
If you are paying by bank draft/cheque, please fill in the bank draft/cheque details on the registration form.Thereafter, please mail the form together with the bank draft/cheque to the Secretariat.
Please note that after payment, the on-line registration system does not allow you to make any changes or new additions.
