Visa Requirements

The following informations are obtained from the Singapore Immigration & Checkpoints Authority http://app.ica.gov.sg/serv_visitor/index.asp

Foreigners holding travel documents issued by the following countries will require a visa to enter Singapore:

Visa Application By Nationals of Assessment Level I Countries
India, Myanmar, People’s Republic of China+ (PRC), Holders of Hong Kong Document of Identity, Macao Special Administrative Region (MSAR) Travel Permit and Commonwealth of Independent States+ (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan).

The applicant of Level I countries should complete:

  1. Form 14
  2. Form V39A [Letter of Introduction (LOI)] - To be endorsed by the local organising committee
  3. Form V52 - To be endorsed by the local organising committee
  4. 2 recent passport-sized colour photographs of applicant, one of which must be affixed onto Form 14
    5. The photograph must be:
    • 35 mm wide by 45 mm high without border and taken within the last 3 months;
    • taken full face without headgear, unless the applicant habitually wears a headgear in accordance with his/her religious or racial custom but the headgear must not hide the applicant's features. The facial image must be between 25 mm and 35 mm from chin to crown;
    • taken against a plain white background with matt or semi-matt finish.
  5. Photocopies of bio-data page, pages with endorsement and last 3 pages of the applicant’s passport

Please fill in Form V39A & Form V52 and email it to the Secretariat for endorsement. Full mailing address should also be provided to the secretariat so that the original endorsed forms can be sent to the applicant. Invitation letter from the organiser is not required for visa application.

Visa Application By Nationals of Assessment Level II Countries
Afghanistan, Algeria, Bangladesh, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, Yemen, and holders of Palestinian Authority Passport, Temporary Passport issued by the United Arab Emirates and Refugee Travel Document issued by Middle-East countries.

The applicant of Level II countries should complete:

  1. Form 14
  2. Form V39A [Letter of Introduction (LOI)] - To be endorsed by the local organising committee
  3. 2 recent passport-sized colour photographs of applicant, one of which must be affixed onto Form 14
    4. The photograph must be:
    • 35 mm wide by 45 mm high without border and taken within the last 3 months;
