ICIEA History
The 1st IEEE Conference on Industrial Electronics and Applications (ICIEA’2006) was held from 24th May to 26th May 2006, Singapore. The Conference is organized by IEEE Industrial Electronics (IE) Chapter and co-organized with IEEE Industry Applications/Power Electronics (IA/PEL) Chapter and IEEE Singapore Section.
This conference received overwhelming response whereby 600 papers were submitted from 32 countries/regions. After careful and rigorous peer review, 450 papers were accepted. Finally, authors of 309 papers from 28 countries/regions registered to present their papers in the 45 oral sessions and 3 interactive sessions.
