Visa Requirements for Entering China

An 'F' visa will be issued to ICIEA 2007 conference delegates who are invited to China for a scientific, technological and culture exchange, for a period of no more than six months.

Requirements:

1. Your valid passport which must have at least six (6) months of remaining validity and with at least one blank visa page in it.
2. The completed Visa Application Form (Q1) with one passport photo (black and white/ colour) Download Form Q1.
3. An invitation letter from the host in China, or a letter from your company. To request for an invitation letter, please inform us at: Invitation Letter Request

How to Apply

1. You will need to go to the visa office of the Embassy or Consulate-General in the consular jurisdiction in which you live to submit the spplication.
2. You may also send a proxy on your behalf to go to the visa office of the Embassy or Consulate-General in the consular jurisdiction in which you live for the application process.
3. No appointment is required and mailed applications will not be accepted.
4. Visa fees and processing times vary from country to country. Kindly allow a week for processing.
