Important Information
- Room rates listed above are inclusive of prevailing taxes and daily breakfast (breakfast for one person for single room bookings and breakfasts for 2 persons for twin room bookings).
- Please note that you can only check-in to your room from 14:00 hrs on the date of check-in. If you are arriving early in the morning and wish to check-in upon arrival, you will have to reserve the room starting from the day before.
- The official check-out time at the hotels is 12 noon on the day of check-out. Late check out can be requested but will be subjected to room availability.
- Room rates listed above may be subjected to change depending on room availability at the time of reservation.
- Please ensure that you have read and understood the reservation procedure and cancellation policy before your proceed to make your reservation.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations are to be made in writing to LOTUS TRAVEL PTE LTD.
- For cancellation notice received two weeks before check-in date, an administration charge of S$50 will be imposed.
- For cancellation received between 8 to 14 days before check-in date, a one-night room charge will be imposed.
- For cancellation received between 4 to 7 days before check-in date, 50% of the total room charge will be imposed.
There will be NO refund for cancellation received less than 3 days before check-in date.
