Manuscript Submission

IMPORTANT NOTE:


  • Manuscripts have to be submitted and registered by 31 March 2008 in order to be included in the programme/proceedings
  • Papers have to be presented at the conference in order for them to be indexed by IEEE
  • Page numbering for citation/reference will be assigned only after the conference, when presented papers are sent for indexing

    Submission Format

    All submitted papers should be in the form of .PDF file and are to be limited to a maximum length of six (06) pages (A4 size, single space, Times Roman of font size 10, two columns format), including figures, tables and references. Please use the template posted below when preparing your manuscript.

    Copyright Form

    Authors are also requested to submit their copyright form to the conference secretariat when they submit their manuscripts. Please complete and sign the form, and fax or email scanned copy to (65) 6356 7471 / Email: iciea@inmeet.com.sg.

    Creating IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF format

    In order to ensure your manuscript is IEEE Xplore compliant, please follow the steps below:

  • Create your manuscript as specified in the template given above. Each manuscript is restricted to six (06) pages.
  • Proof read and check layout of paper.
  • Go to IEEE PDF eXpress Website
  • Create IEEE PDF eXpress account by clicking on the link "New Users - Click Here".
  • The Conference ID to enter is: iciea08x
  • After creating your account, use the IEEE PDF eXpress to convert your source file into IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF. The site contains extensive instructions, resources, helpful hints, and access to technical support.
  • Submit your converted mansucript through the online submission system.
  • Please note that PDF Xpress only creates the PDF files for you, and you will still need to submit the converted file through the conference submission system. (see link below)
