In order for your Paper to be included in the Proceedings, Please do follow below instructions carefully! Otherwise your paper may not be accepted by IEEE.
- Your Final Manuscript must be prepared using the IEEE specificied template and IEEE Xplore-compatible;
- Your Final Manuscript must be uploaded ONLINE latest by 6 April 2014;
- Your Electronic Copyright Transfer Form (eCF) is submitted by 15 April 2014;
- At least one of the co-authors of your paper must register latest by 15 April 2014.
