Registration
In order to participate in the conference of ICIEA 2016, at least one author of each paper must register for the conference. Each Full registration may register up to two papers per registration. Each additional paper incurs a fee of SGD450 per paper. The page limit is 6 pages. Each additional page incurs a fee of SGD100 per page.
Author registration payment must be made by April 8, 2016; otherwise your paper will not be included in the proceedings.
Early Bird Registration & IEEE Member
Authors who make their payment by March 26, 2016 will benefit from the Early Bird Registration rate.
IEEE members will receive a discount on the ICIEA 2016 registration fee. Members are required to indicate their IEEE membership number on the registration form and to bring along their current IEEE membership card for verification at the conference.
Student Rate
Participants are eligible for student rate if he/she is a full-time undergraduate or postgraduate student. Students must fax in their 'student identification card to or email the scanned copy to iciea2016@wpc-sg.com and to bring along their card to the conference for verification. Only one paper per-registration is allowed under this rate.

All payment are to be made in Singapore Dollar (SGD) by Visa/Master Card, Bank Draft or Telegraphic Transfer.

Items Included in the Registration Fee
Conference registration fee includes a copy of the conference proceedings (CD-ROM); admission to all technical sessions, six tea/coffee breaks, three lunches and conference banquet. Student Registration will not be entitled to the conference banquet.
Cancellation Policy
Request for Cancellation will be subjected to the following condition:
• Request on or before 31 March 2016- 25% of paid amount will be charged
• No refund after 31 March 2016 will be allowed.
• Payment for refund will be settled ONLY after the conference.
Online Registration
Authors can register On-line now. After registration, you can proceed to make payment On-line (Credit Card) or Off-line (Bank Draft or Bank Transfer).
Please note that after payment, the on-line registration system cannot be used to make any changes or new additions. Please contact us at iciea2016@wpc-sg.com if any changes are required or for any clarifications or queries.

Bank Draft/Cheque should be made payable to Worldwide People Connection Pte Ltd and mail it together with the Regisgration Form (available ONLY after Online Registration) to:

Bank Transfer
If you are paying by Bank Transfer, please be reminded that you have to pay for the Bank Charges payable to your Remitting Bank and add another SGD30 to the Total Fee Payable to cover for the Bank Charges payable to our Beneficiary Bank. Any shortage will be recovered from you on-site in Auckland, New Zealand.
