In order to participate in the conference of ICIEA 2020, at least one author must register and pay at https://iciea-cms.org by 20 August 2020. Each Full registration may register up to two papers. Each additional paper incurs a fee of SGD450 per paper. The page limit is 6 pages. Each additional page incurs a fee of SGD100 per page.
Author registration payment must be made by 20 August 2020; otherwise your paper will not be included in the proceedings.
Early Bird Registration & IEEE Member
Authors who make their payment by 30 June 2020 will benefit from the Early Bird Registration rate.
IEEE members will receive a discount on the ICIEA 2020 registration fee. Members are required to indicate their IEEE membership number on the registration form and to bring along their current IEEE membership card for verification at the conference.
Student Rate
Participants are eligible for student rate if he/she is a full-time undergraduate or postgraduate student. Students must fax in their ‘student identification card to or email the scanned copy to iciea2020@wpc-sg.com and to bring along their card to the conference for verification. Only one paper per-registration is allowed under this rate.
Registration Fees
All payment are to be made in Singapore Dollar (SGD) by Visa/Master Card.
Since ICIEA 2020 will become fully virtual, the OC members have decided to give further deduction of registration fee and extend the registration deadline to 20 August 2020. All of our registered delegates will be refunded Accordingly by batch.

Items Included in the Registration Fee
Conference registration fee includes downloading of the conference proceedings; attending to all keynote sessions and technical sessions.
Cancellation Policy
Request for Cancellation will be subjected to the following condition:
• Request on or before 31 May 2020- 25% of paid amount will be charged
• No refund after 31 May 2020 will be allowed.
• Payment for refund will be settled ONLY after the conference.

Authors are encouraged to register and pay online by credit card (Master or Visa card are accepted by the system). If you have problem to pay by credit card, please email to iciea2020@wpc-sg.com with your name, paper numbers and IEEE membership number.
